RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO RETURNS. Exchanges must be shipped within 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF ORIGINAL SHIP DATE AND RETURNED WITH TRACKING NUMBER AND INSURED MAIL. If you are not fully satisfied and wish to exchange, please contact email@example.com before sending the original merchandise and you will receive a reply email authorization including the return address. All exchanges must be authorized by Candy Lane Kidz. The original merchandise must be with all original tags attached, in any original packing, unworn and unwashed. Footwear exchanges must be in brand new condition, unworn in the original box without any postal labels. Any damages on returned items may result a fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Be sure to ship with a reputable carrier and always obtain a tracking number to avoid any loss or theft issues. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage, lost or stolen items and these may result in a fee.
